These terms cover two things: your use of the EZ Excavator Rentals website at ezexcavatorrentals.com, and our text messaging (SMS) program. EZ Excavator Rentals is an excavator and heavy equipment rental company based in Oregon, USA.

The rental itself is covered by the written rental agreement you sign with us. That agreement sets out what you owe, what happens if equipment is damaged, and everything else about the rental. It is separate from this page, and nothing here changes it.

Use of this website

This website is for general information about our company and the equipment we rent. We provide the content as-is and do our best to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete, error-free, or up to date at any given moment.

We may update, change, or remove any part of the website at any time. Please use the site for its intended purpose and do not attempt to disrupt it or access parts of it that are not meant to be public.

All prices shown on this website are for general information only, and they may change at any time without notice.

Prices on the website are not a binding quote or a guarantee of a rental rate. Rental rates are confirmed by EZ Excavator Rentals staff at the time of rental, and the final agreed price is the one stated in the signed rental agreement.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A rental is only confirmed once a rental agreement is signed.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

About the program

EZ Excavator Rentals sends text messages about your active rental order. These messages are limited to payment confirmations and equipment delivery updates, including estimated arrival times (ETAs).

How you opt in

You join the program by providing your phone number and signing a physical rental agreement in person at the time of rental. The consent language is printed on that agreement.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on rental activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending text messages to that number. Opting out does not cancel your rental. We will still reach you by phone or email when we need to.

Delivery of messages

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive or arrive on time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page, and the “last updated” line at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the current terms.
